We are now looking for an IT Support Officer with French:
Responsibilities
Answer producers, customers and staff inquiries on IT system (via phone, e-mail)
Configure users with specific access rights and communicate login information upon request
Keep updated the users login information
IT infrastructure/applications monitoring; make follow-up with service providers until everything is up and running
Keep the staff updated on any applications changes and/or patches
Keep the management team informed on issue solving progress
Provide various reports (E.g. regarding voice system usage) accurately and on a regular basis
Participate actively on new application testing when requested
Maintain Technical Assistance procedures
Coordinate incident management process
Requirements:
1-2 years working experience in IT field (IT support / IT Helpdesk is a big plus)
Customer service skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Basic knowledge of MS Access is considered a big plus
Good knowledge of English language
Fluent in French
Ability to remain calm and efficient under stress
Ability to work on different problems simultaneously
Organization & administration skills
Communication & interpersonal skills
