As a Team Leader in Programming you will:

• Coordinate the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements
• Participate in the program/modules detailed design
• Code modules following the design specifications and standards
• Participate in the code review
• Create documentation for code/application
• Coordinate the unit test planning and process
• Coordinate and participate in the resolution of code issues detected in the application
• Document possible improvements
• Identify disruptions in the processes and proposes solutions
• Respond quickly and efficiently to high-priority issues
• Classify and execute change requests
