Job description:
Reporting to the Technical Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our European technical sales team with advanced solutions to customer problems and opportunities based on PTC’s CAD/CAM and PLM software.
Your role will include:
• Deliver product demonstrations addressing customer / prospect needs
• Support the preparation of benchmarking events at customer sites
• Support the delivery of proofs of concept
• Support functionality development using Pro/Toolkit, J-Link and Web-Link
• Develop new solutions to specific technical requirements
• Support services organization in scoping of implementations
• Provide on site technical expertise to customers / partners
• Support technical support in resolving customer issues
• Develop product demonstrations and documentation for re-use
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years experience with 3D CAD/CAM/CAE, ideally in a technical sales or consulting role
- Programming skills in Java, Javascript, C++ would be very helpful.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent English, French and / or German would be beneficial
- Willingness to travel internationally
