We are currently searching for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources Department in order to identify, screen, interview, select and hire experienced candidates in IT field.
Responsibilities:
• Working in recruitment processes with strict dead-lines;
• Performing database mining and searching according to specifications;
• Preparing and placing external job advertisements and internal job postings;
• Reviewing applications and related documents, as assigned, to determine individual qualifications;
• CVs screening and HR interviewing;
• Permanently identifying new sources of potential candidates;
• Maintaining up to date the candidates’ database;
• Undertake administrative duties related with recruitment process.
Mandatory skills:
•University degree;
•Background within IT or HR area;
• Very good English, written and spoken;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• PC skills (MS Word, Excel).
Desirable skills:
• Previous recruiting experience;
• Experience with database mining and searching.
