Do you have an interest it IT? If so, we could have the perfect position for you. We are looking for people with enthusiasm and aptitude for IT and a confident telephone manner to join our Customer Support Department. The main request of this position is to offer support for the problems that customers encounter when using our service, quickly and effectively, maximising the quality of experience for the customer. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and the key guide in resolving their problems.

Ideal candidate:
- university degree and/or Computer Science related background (high school degree combined with relevant experience)
- strong IT backgroung (1-3 years)
- good understanding of TCP/IP, Networking, Windows 2000, XP, Vista
- knowledge of Linux systems
- very good communication and interpersonal skills (experience in a call centre is a plus)
- good command of English (speaking and written)
- analysis and resolution of assigned incidents/tasks, willing to work overtime when necessary
- ability to use different techniques
- strong client focus and genuine desire to assist
- able to identify and address clients needs
- high level of motivation , fast learner, hard working, able to work under pressure, used to deadlines, flexible and adaptable, attention to detail is very important
- able to work as part of a team
- available to work a shift system (weekdays, week-ends).

Responsabilities:
- responsible for maintaining the relationship with the customers
- have an in depth knowledge of our services
- answer incoming calls, respond to email in a positive and friendly manner and utilize our support ticketing system
- support pre sale process: offer information regarding the company services including promotions, order procedure, ways of payments, etc.
- assist customers in their specific enquiries
- provide basic support on application issues
- provide first level technical support
- update database with changes and status of each customer or prospective customer
- create and maintain up to date documentation for procedures related to the department
- enhance existing monitoring platform, conceive solutions for various problems, implement change request
- understand and assimilate new products and technologies
- cooperate with the other departments in different projects.
