Requirements
Mandatory skills:
• Experience in testing/support;
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL;
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Desirable skills:
• Testing background in financial and banking application.
Project Description
Software product dedicated to asset management companies, pension funds managers and depository banks, including modules for: Portfolio Management, Investors Management, Contract Management, NAV Calculation (net asset value), Accounting, Reports, Front-Office (a web interface for distributors & investors).
Technologies: Microsoft .Net 2.0 framework, Infragistics 5.3, AGS SharpEdge 2.0.
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality responses to all escalated Client support issues;
• Perform testing in order to verify fix bugs and to reproduce client support issues;
• Use result oriented communication and a positive approach to issues;
• Perform detail analysis, triage and isolation of reported issues and develop creative workarounds and fixes to resolve these issues;
• Perform product implementation activities to gain a firsthand perspective of customer implementations;
• Provide remote and on-site support;
• Work closely with Development and QA teams to perform incident resolution.
