Requirements
Mandatory skills:
• Very good knowledge of C#, both on web and desktop;
• Active experience with .NET framework / C#;
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, Crystal Reports;
• Good knowledge of OOA-OOP, UML, ability to design software products;
• Good understanding of client-server and service-based architectures;
• Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player;
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills.
Desirable skills:
• Programming related MS Certifications (MCAD, MCSD
Project description
This is a project that deals with mortgage-backed securities or otherwise known as bonds. The project implements a large set of productivity tools related to bond trading on the US bond market.

Your main responsibilities will be to develop software systems, you will participate in logical and physical design of the product, understand the business requirements, you will understand and own the tasks assigned to you.
You will solve complex technical / business problems that other team members may encounter, help with task allocation and tracking if delegated by the TL, review and enforce the quality of code written within your team, tutor junior developers.
You will provide constructive criticism; you will participate in improving re-usability, contribute to lessons learnt for future releases and projects.
