Essential Candidate Requirements (essential skills and experience that the candidate must have):

* Experience in Flash game and application design and development * Experience in developing Flash applications for a 24×7, business critical, transactional website * Experience in Fluorine .NET Flash remoting Gateway * Experience in ActionScript 3 and Object Orientation analysis and design * Experience with using the Eclipse IDE for developing Actionscript * Experience of using Flash with XML (and ideally SOAP) for dynamic data delivery * Experience working with database and middleware driven Flash applications in a .NET environment * Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator * Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript and ASP.NET * Familiarity with Subversion

Ideal Candidate Requirements (skills and experience that would be an advantage and help an application, but that are not essential):

* An interest in sports * A good working knowledge of sports spread betting would be an advantage, as would knowledge of the bookmaking industry * Experience in 3D Animation

salary £35,000 + bonus
