For one of our clients, a development Company that offers powerful CTI - Computer Telephony Integration (Call Center Solutions, IVRs, CTI, etc on dialogic boards) applications across a variety of business environments, we’re looking for professional people to fill in the position of Database Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Defines the database specifications;
- Develops the databases;
- Database performance monitoring / tuning;
- Database administration;
- Database design;
- Maintaining database security.
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Technology or related engineering);
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Very good knowledge of relational database concepts;
- Working experience with SQL Server and Oracle;
- Experience related to at least medium size databases;
- Performance monitoring/tuning experience;
- Experience in designing data models is a plus;
- Experience with other RDBMS systems is a plus;
- Specific training / certification is a plus;
- Advanced level of English is a must;
- Ability to integrate well with a strong technical team;
- Very well organized;
- Attention to details;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Quick learner;
- Creative;
- Self managed and motivated, proactive approach.
