Skadool is a privately held startup in the web 2.0 social networking arena. We are working on a revolutionary collaboration and socialization system. The company has operated in the Cluj area for over two years and will be launching their service in 2009.

We offer the opportunity to be part of a world-class team building an international business that will have broad exposure on the internet. Competitive compensation includes company ownership (stock options).

We intend to fill this position immediately. We are looking for self-starters who want to work in a place where their efforts contribute directly to the success of a cutting-edge software company.

Responsibilities:

• maintaining a product roadmap for the Skadool service
• the creation of detailed specification documents
• working with UI designers to create wireframes and mockups to demonstrate features prior to code being written
• working with customers and other users to get feedback on mockups, features and roadmaps

Ideal Candidate Background:

• strong written and verbal skills
• strong analytic and problem solving skills
• have a technical background
• strong personality
• 3-5 years working with web solutions
