CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR – PORTUGUESE SPEAKERS

Your Activities:
· Provide daily operational support to clients, via telephone and email
· Acts as a first point of contact for regular, ongoing customer accounts
· Manage and coordinate any order scheduling and prioritization requests with the supply chain organization in order to meet Client expectations
· Manage inquires coming from Client and internal departments
· Responsible for all orders and queries from HP’s clients
· Act as “one face to the Client” to ensure his satisfaction
· Ensure close contact with country Sales team
· Claims, Escalation & Controlling
· Contribute in process improvement activities
Your Qualifications:
· University Graduate
· Basic PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge
· Portuguese & English at an advanced level
· Ability to prioritize workload, and manage a high volume of work with accuracy
· Excellent communication skills
· Customer oriented attitude
