Purpose of Position
To support, inspire, lead and motivate industry team in order to achieve department’s objectives.

Principal Responsibilities * To ensure 100% market coverage * Develop business relationships with key influencers and decision makers of client organizations. * To manage selling cycles * To organize participation in relevant industry events * To identify, qualify and enroll Graphic Arts partners in order to increase coverage and sale within the industry. * Ensure placement and implementation of strategically relevant solutions * Provide guidance to the product specialists * Ensuring identification of new business

Skills/Essential Competencies * Able to involve and motivate towards the achievement of core objectives. * Strategic Management and business vision, critical thinking, under-pressure excellent performance capability, fully bilingual, teamworker, customer and results oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, fully committed, leadership. * Ability to effectively communicate using a range of verbal and written communication skills. * Strong presentation and demonstration skills. * Able to work within a very fast changing environment * Fluent English required. * PC literate. * Highly results driven. * Excellent planning and organizing skills

Experience * Superior knowledge of graphic arts environment – including digital printing, imaging, variable information, publishing solutions, client server networks, and document applications * Experience with the principles of solutions selling * Proven, successful selling experiences in major accounts

Education/ Knowledge * Degree in business, marketing or related technical area
