We’re an exciting little startup that is completely self funded and based in Sydney, Australia. We are growing fast and are looking for someone to lead our development team as we grow. You’ll be working primarily on FlashDen.net a community microstock site as well as an assortment of secondary projects… We write in Ruby/Rails, the position is fulltime and you must be living in Sydney (or prepared to move) with appropriate visa/work permit… We’re looking for someone passionate about Web Development / Ruby / Rails, with experience doing this kind of thing before, a self directed learner and someone who has led a team… These are a big plus: You’ve released some code (or can offer us some to peruse), You know and/or like *nix, You write or have contributed to a blog or book or …, You have experience in scaling and optimization of Rails applications… Get in touch to find out more and tell us about yourself!
