We are looking for an engineer specialized in Value Added Services, more exactly on Messaging or Charging services.
Role description:
- Provide technical service and support to new and existing customer networks, telecom and datacom.
- Plan, design, troubleshoot and resolve problems in order to stabilise and optimise customer networks. Analyses isolate and solve complex fault issues as well as contribute to corrective actions.
- Configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
- All activities performed should (normally) be in accordance to customer contract.
- Interact with customer technical staff and operation managers, service engineers and other groups, within Service Delivery organisation. Also interact with groups
in sales, R&D, 3rd Party suppliers and local authorities.
A Service Engineer should be assessed to experienced at least on three of the products listed below:
- EMM /Ericsson
- IN Prepaid /eServGlobal
- IN Prepaid /Alcatel-Lucent
- IN Postpaid /Alcatel-Lucent
- VPN /Alcatel-Lucent
- DAM /Alcatel-Lucent
- CS3.0 /Ericsson
- OMM /Ericsson
- ADRS /Ericsson
- TSP CCN /Ericsson
- PSA /Acision
- IVR /Unisys
- IVR /Nortel
- PPAS Prepaid /Ericsson
- E-refil /eServGlobal
- Linux SASN /Ericsson
- ABM /Ericsson
- SUN AIR /Ericsson
- SUN Minsat /Ericsson
- IN Charger /Alcatel Lucent
