Responsibilities:
Leading the team(s) they are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverables
Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
Participating in SOW creation and estimating under guidance from a Bid Manager
Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needs.
Candidate profile:
Degree in Accounting (MBA or Qualified Accountant)
Good knowledge in Financial and Managerial Accounting solution - ERP.
Knowledge of ERP Public sector solution will be added advantage (for e.g. Grant Management, Tax and Revenue Management, Public Sector Accounting, Public Sector Collections and Disbursals)
Minimum of 6+ years Public Sector industry experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years of ERP (Financial) and 3+ years prior business application software or implementation experience
Must have flexibility to travel - short term and long term.
English at business level is mandatory ;
German at least at conversational level is mandatory .
