Responsibilities:
Contribute to the following primary activities of ERP implementation:
Conduct requirement gathering workshops;Design;Configuration;Testing;Training;Data Migration; Documentation;Post Implementation Support.
Independently handle any Retail end-to-end implementation.
Provide product and business related expertise to support the following:
Customer Demos
Proof of Concept building
Product testing and validation
Candidate profile:
At least 3 end to end implementation experience in a functional or business-facing role.
Good knowledge of Supply Chain concepts.
Ability to interact with and explain to the customers (of various nationalities and cultural backgrounds), the concepts and logic of mapping their processes with the ERP.
Knowhow of Tax and CIN requirements, Sales Order and Contract Management, Pricing/Rebates/Discount/Promotions experience.
Experience with ERP Retail system will be a plus.
Understanding of Retail Best Practices across fashion/grocery/general merchandising.
Must have flexibility to travel - short term and long term.
English at business level is mandatory ;
German at least at conversational level is mandatory .
