Agentia digitala R/GA (cu sediul la New York) cauta Senior Flash/Flex Developer pentru deschiderea unui birou la Bucuresti. Se va lucra la proiecte digitale pentru clienţi la nivel global.

DESPRE POZITIE:
Your key tasks and responsibilities shall include the following:
• Develop new websites, employing Flash technology as well as any front-end technology needed to deploy the site.
• Maintain our existing web sites, including bug fixes, content changes, and updates.
• Develop Interactive Experiences using Flash AS3 (and a little legacy AS2), with good understanding of Object Oriented Programming techniques, RIA/SOA architectures, as knowledge of when/how/why to use Design Patterns
• Utilize current and best practice Flash embed and detection procedures.
• Maintain the highest coding standards and best practices by keeping up with the latest Adobe Flash Platform enhancements and techniques
• Optimize Code and Architecture for great performance and outstanding user experience
• Write clean, documented, reusable AS2 & AS3 code
Required Skills:
• 5+ years Flash Development experience.
• 2+ year's using AS3.
• Able to work with the Creative Director to plan and architect complex Flash applications and web sites.
• Must be passionate about Flash development and interactive design and have an extreme dedication to quality of execution as well as desire to push the boundaries of interactive development.
• Must lead the team in developing projects at the highest and most current level of technical standards and practices.
• Able to proactively work to define opportunities for gained efficiency and improved effectiveness for the flash development team.
• Solid understanding for usability.
• Expert in latest Flash Player features.
• Proven experience with Flash Video Delivery and Integration of Sound, Motion Graphics, Animations and Transition sequences.
• Proficient at Client/Server Integration (Flash Media Server, Remoting, XML, SOAP/Web Services and URL encoded name/value pairs).
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
