Client Support Engineer

ROLE OBJECTIVE:
Offer support to all customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong background in programming;
- Strong knowledge and experience in windows & Linux administration (TCP protocol, web server, system, etc.)
- Experience with Wireless and standard Internet technologies, protocols and standards like, TCP/IP, HTTP, SOAP, XML;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Excellent team player;
- Fluent written and spoken English skills;
- Preferably a degree in computer science or other similar.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCES TO YOUR BENEFIT:
- Experience in development, scripting;
- Experience in Telco environment;
- Experience with Java, Linux, and Windows technologies;
- Experience with developing software for international markets;
