Java Development Engineer

ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The adaptation and extension of core applications onto the specific environment of a new mobile terminal type.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Platform development to make high performance gateways and software;
- Design, implement and maintain Client components of MIYOWA’s product;
- Investigate new technologies to improve current products and build new products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong background in programming
- Strong knowledge and experience in programming with Spring framework, java 1.6, linux, subversion, maven, eclipse, junit
- Experience with client/server development, hibernate, oracle
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent team player
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Preferably a degree in computer science or other similar
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCES TO YOUR BENEFIT:
- Experience with any other server technologies (.net, frameworks, …)
- Experience with Wireless and standard Internet technologies, protocols and standards like, TCP/IP, HTTP, SOAP, XML
- Experience with Java, Linux, and Windows technologies
- Experience with developing software for international markets
