Description :
Provide client-side development and layout implementation for Erepublik.com (a massive online multiplayer game) and internal supporting projects.
Requirements :
– develop effective, maintainable code on time
– create cross-browser compatible markup and code
– experience in UI, web and/or game design.
– proficiency in main-stream graphic design applications such as
Photoshop, Fireworks, etc…
– proficient in HTML, XHTML and CSS
– proficient in JavaScript
– fluent in English
– strong communication skills
– strong ambition and drive
– proactive and detail oriented
– knowledge and interest in interactive web technologies
Optional requirements (would represent a bonus for the candidate) :
– experience in designing or contributing to large, complex systems
– some degree of experience with main stream JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Prototype, Scriptaculous, etc…
– experience with Flash
– experience with Git or any other popular versioning system
