Allinats is a hybrid consulting, development and recruitment firm. With people in the UK, a development centre in Europe and a recruitment arm we have the flexibility to deliver onshore, near-shore, or in house.
Our development center, which is based in Cluj is looking for a great Designer / Front-end engineer to help us with our projects.
The designer will be responsible for researching, designing, and prototyping new user experiences based on product requirements. Deliverables include design mockups, production of visual assets, CSS and HTML implementation.
The candidate must be a natural collaborator, able to develop and present design ideas in a team environment. Prior experience working within a technical environment is a plus.
Candidates should possess exceptional visual and user interface design skills, as well as user-centered design principals. The applicant must have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details.
Expertise using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design related software required. Knowledge of xHTML and CSS is required.
The candidate should be familiar with best practices in frontend engineering.
A portfolio demonstrating user experience and visual design work is required.
