For one of our clients, a major financial services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services, I am currently looking for a person for their Voice Applications Support Team, in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and repair of problems where automation or current documentation does not address the issue;
- Documentation of discovered issues;
- Assisting Level 2 personnel to accomplish their objectives where documentation and/or procedures did not work as expected;
- Designing and documenting RFB or other periodic manual system checks;
- Automation of known support tasks;
- Writing and updating processes, procedures, scripts, tools and configurations to be used by Level 1 and 2 functions;
- Deploy new versions of software into production;
Skills required:
- Technical University degree
- Minimum of 3 Years of industry experience
- Background in operations for systems on either Linux or Windows server platform;
- Strong scripting experience within UNIX/Linux environment;
- Previous experience as a UNIX system administrator would be useful;
- Experience with management of a VoIP environment;
- Familiarity with the SIP protocol is highly advantageous;
- Process analysis and automation experience is highly desirable;
- Background in development is a plus.
On the job training will be provided for the specific applications to be supported.
