Requirements:
proven ability to lead a software project through its entire life cycle, starting from requirements gathering and including the maintenance period;
proven ability to produce reliable effort estimation;
excellent OOA and OOP knowledge;
at least 2 years of leading a software team;
minimum 5 years experience as a software developer;
very good technical knowledge in either Java or C#;
very good command of the English language.

knowledge of how to motivate the development team

being able to work independently
Responsibilities:
leading a small team of developers
interacting with the customer
reporting to company management
producing high-quality software applications
