Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing mid- to high-tier Intel Citrix support to a large healthcare environment for one of our US customers.
Required Skills:
Must have experience providing continuous support and expertise of the following:
• Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 & 4.5 - Sizing, Installation, Application Publishing, Printing
• Farm Maintenance (Rollup patches, etc) Troubleshooting / Root cause identification
• Citrix Web Interface Configuration , secure Gateway
Professional profile:
• Investigative and analytical problem solving skills
• Efficient communication skills (listen, write, oral) – English is mandatory
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Passion for the job and desire to learn
NOTE: This role provides support during daytime US hours – work schedule will be between 6 p.m. and 3 a.m. local Romanian time (night).
