Brainient is seeking a Senior Flash Developer to join our research & development team. The position is full-time and it’s based in our office in downtown Bucharest, Romania. You will be creating interactive video Flash based elements to be used by our customers, as well as work with the rest of the team to improve our platform’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Work with our CTO and Flash Architect in order to design, create and integrate new features in our platform & Developer API
• Maintain, develop and optimize our web-based interactivity video editor
• Create interactive elements (layers) to be used by our customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience
• Deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
• Experience with Flash / Flex Builder, ActionScript 3
• Experience on integrations with web technologies such as XML, JSON, Javascript, Web Services
• Experience with optimizing designs for various bandwidth and platform requirements
• Test software using unit tests, debuggers, and simulators
• Experience with video players, platforms & streaming is a plus
