We seek a creative, self-driven and enthusiastic developer to join our founding team.
We change the way people shop online through social medias, by creating collective bargaining power. Our concept is called ivoteshopping and we've been perfecting the business idea for the past year. We're a Danish company with a very international outlook. We were finalists twice in the leading Nordic business plan competition: Venture Cup, where we once won the Peoples Choice Award. Ivoteshopping consists of 3 partners all of whom have different competencies: a language psychology major, a lawyer and an innovation / entrepreneurship specialist. We cover different areas of responsibility and you would handle most of the technical aspects of the business. This means that you will obtain a very important position in the founding team and be a part of deciding the future for ivoteshopping.
So far we've used a small programming company that created the alpha version in Ruby on Rails. They have delivered a partly finished product, which needs to be completed or redone. We need to keep the development running continuously, so the sooner you can start the better. On top of being an amazing developer with a broad spectrum of programming knowledge, preferably RoR, you should also be creative, self-driven, trustworthy, believe in having fun while creating something fucking great.
The company is self funded, meaning an initial low budget. The future expectation is seed funding after proving the concept in Denmark and addressing a larger market asap.
