We are currently looking for experienced Ruby on Rails developers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team using some of the most cutting edge open-source technologies.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years Ruby on Rails development experience.
• 2-5 years of Object Oriented programming experience (PHP preferred).
• Extensive experience with complex SQL queries and database performance issues.
• UI skills including in depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax.
• Experience with Source Control: Git/SVN.
• Ability to manage projects from start to completion including concept, development and delivery to internal and external clients.

Responsibility Overview:

• Writes well-factored, extensible, elegant Ruby on Rails code with a test-driven approach.
• Understands existing code and framework and best coding practices.
• Works collaboratively as part of the development team with product managers, software engineers and architects, in an agile environment.
• Continually keeps up to date with best practices and newest developments in the Rails world by learning from web resources and from other team members.
• Interface with clients through entire process.
• Work alongside management to develop project quotes, timelines, and project scope.
