Requirements:

Back-end coding:
C# .NET
ASP.NET
MS SQL

Object Oriented concepts / design patterns and MVC concepts
If you don’t know what MVC is… don’t apply!

Front-end coding is a big plus :
preferable front end coding (x)HTML, CSS according to W3C standards
HTML5, CSS3
Javascript and jQuery, AJAX

Other skills:
Fluent in English (writter, spoken)
Analytical thinking
Good communication skills
