Responsibilities:
As a member of the Development team, you will be responsible for the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of our service. You will work closely with our Product Management and Development teams to translate requirements into concepts and take ownership for delivering your concepts to production. You must be passionate about usability with a proven track record delivering simple and intuitive user interfaces for rich Internet applications. While this role is creative, it also requires a great attention to detail and process. Your HTML/CSS expertise will help you develop the resulting HTML/CSS code as needed.
• Design for User Experience and User Interface.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes.
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
• Act as the mediator between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Deliver finished product using HTML/CSS.
Requirements:
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions.
• Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Significant HTML/CSS experience.
• Good exposure to Web 2.0 sites and JavaScript code
