Manages updates & projects for the ComunicatedePresa.ro.
Responsible for the site calendar, account validation, tracking and approve press releases, general site proofing.
Responsibilities:
- Account validation
- Tracking and approve press releases
- Managing client relationships
- Prepare updated documents for meetings
- Identify/develop new opportunities
- Write functionality specs & creative briefs for new projects
- Perform routine site overview & identify issues, raise questions to ensure consistency between channels, relevancy of messaging & links, and overall good practices.
- Drive creative & functional improvements to the site.
- Facilitate regular changes to the site based on business needs- research capabilities and how to best support various business initiatives on the web, obtain necessary approvals and manage getting updates proofed & posted to the live site.
Qualifications:
- Internet management
- An understanding of the internet and what is possible
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of internet functionality and terminology
- Proactive with ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Must have good follow through and take ownership of projects
- Must work well independently
- Word and excel
