The open position is referring mainly to BC/Charisma technical support.
The main job activities are:
• SQL databases administration
• Backup and restore
• User management
• Tuning and performance monitoring
• Planning the downtime for maintenance
• IT Technical support for database applications
• Implementing new releases
• 3rd party software provider management
• Write specifications based on the discussions with the users.
• Reports/alerts development
• SQL optimizations.
