IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for lateral.ro (based in Targu Mures)
RESPONSABILITIES:
• Leadership for world class projects
• Coordination between clients, management and internal team
• Suggest improvements and new features
• Provide mentoring and training for team members
• Requirements gathering and documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 experience in project management
• SCRUM / AGILE / XP leadership (Scrum Master qualification a plus)
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Great troubleshooting skills
• Self motivated and reliable
• Very detailed and professional
APPRECIATED QUALITIES:
• Team oriented with great communication skills
• Dynamic, able to travel abroad to clients when required
• Long term player, reliable
