As a junior performance media specialist at Hyperactive, you will perform a variety of tasks including creating online media strategies performance-oriented, mainly with lead generation objectives and sales objectives.

You will be analyzing, implementing and evaluating Google AdWords & Facebook Social Ads Campaigns, monitor KPI’s & set up goals in Google Analytics, offering Google Analytics implementation suggestions and developing A/B & multivariate testing strategy using Google Website Optimizer.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of (relevant) Google AdWords Campaigns experience
• At least 6 months of (relevant) Facebook Social Ads Campaigns experience
• Experience working with Google AdWords Editor
• Ability to write ad copy and optimize through A/B testing
• Experience in gathering insights from multiple data sources and making informed decisions to improve campaign performance
• Have a keen eye on PPC campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, and conversion rates
• Experience in developing & crafting Google – Display Advertisement on GCN
• Experience with bid management: cost per conversion
• General knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Website Optimizer
• Able to prepare monthly and weekly reports with in-depth analytical review and sound strategies to improve campaign performance
• Strong attention to details and the ability to complete and juggle with multiple projects and responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines
• Prior work experience in a large digital agency working tightly with media agencies is a bonus
