Our client company, a leader in the online games industry was founded in 2000 and has a worldwide staff of more than 400 people in Dublin, Canada, USA and beyond. Their Dublin office is undergoing an exciting expansion thanks to the success of the firm which has seen their games downloaded over 1.5 billion times. As part of this expansion we have an urgent role for a Sr Flash Engineer that we are eager to fill.
The Senior Flash Engineer will
Update and maintain a Flash game development framework
Work with Producers, Artists, and Service Engineers on the social games team to implement new game designs.
Provide technical direction to Junior Flash Engineers
Required Experience and Skills
4-6+ years experience with Macromedia Flash Action Script 2 and 3
Excellent knowledge of and experience of using Flex
Experience with HTML, DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they interrelate with Flash apps
Solid understanding of Flash and a love of games and apps
