Role:
Developer for the deployment of a VOD solution for the leading European VOD-provider on multiple TV devices such as Philips, Samsung, Technisat, Loewe and many others. Maintenance of the TV Interface, Development of new features and connection to the VOD Backend.
Profile:
Java: at least 2-3 years experience
Good / preferred to have skills:
• Enterprise: Java EE, Spring
• Persistence: JPA, Hibernate, JDBC
• Web (server side): JSP/Servlet, Struts1/2, Spring Webframework, Portlets
• Web (client side): HTML, JavaScript, AJAX (web2.0), CSS
• Web services: REST (Jersey), SOAP
• Test: JUnit
• Servers: JBoss, Tomcat
• Build: Maven 1/2, Ant
• Continuous Integration: Hudson
• Version control: SVN, CVS
• Database: MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL
