As network engineer you will be in charge of:
- Operating, maintaining and restoring Local Area Networks;
- Maintaining and troubleshooting network equipment installed on sites, routers, switches, servers and terminal equipment like computers, printers, VoIP phones, secure and unsecure phones;
- Managing users and workstations accounts with MS Active Directory;
- Set up and termination of users LAN and e-mail accounts;
- Providing support to common application and OS related issues to end users;
- Ensuring proper implementation of all network policies and procedures;
- Following and maintaining updated documentation related to the administrated systems and the communication networks.
Competence & Qualification:
- Good knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of switching and routing protocols;
- Experience with equipment manufactured by Cisco;
- Knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers, VPN concentrators, traffic analyzers;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Very good knowledge of English; French or other language is a plus;
- A minimum 3 years experience in the field;
- University graduated ;
- CISCO certificated ; other certifications and training would be a plus ;
- Clean certification of criminal record (no criminal registration) .
