For our partner – innovative software development provider located in 6 main cities all over the world (London, Paris, New York, Tokyo, Hong-Kong and Sao Paulo), we are currently selecting open-minded, ambitious and passionate specialists for Web application Engineer job openings.
You will be part of the Information Systems team and you will deploy several commercial applications.

Responsibilities:
As a Web application Support Engineer, you will be in charge of:
Maintain and improve the level of service on one or more of the commercial applications and ensure that they work perfectly;
Support: as the technical reference on its applications, you will be in charge of answering questions & fixing issues raised by other employees
Configuration management: you will also ensure the configuration management of the application, including both the technical side (backup, security, integration) and the functional side, in coordination with the application owner.
Plugin development: you are also able to specify, develop and roll-out such extensions (in java language).
The start scope includes the Atlassian Suite (JIRA & Confluence) but this will evolve depending on the needs & priority.
Requirements:
A degree in computer science or equivalent qualification as a software development specialist;
Minimum 2 years of experience in web applications operations, test or support;
Good understanding of financial and banking sector;
Good understanding of the server components and/or client components
English – mandatory, French is a plus.
