Responsibilities:

• Understand the IT capabilities needed to support the business requirements;
• Analyze and define technical needs;
• Formalize scope and deliverables;
• Execute the deployment and localization of the global & local IT solutions;
• Provide maintenance and support for local and global & local IT solutions to ensure performance and reliability;
• Identify service and technology improvements;
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services;
• Assist IS management in cost estimation and budget implementation;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge to ensure efficient use of technical infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• University degree, preferable CS/ IS;
• Certification for Microsoft Windows servers administration is a must;
• Min. 5 years experience of server and workstation hardware platforms (preferably HP, DELL, IBM, and/or Panasonic);
• Min. 5 years of previous experience in a backup environment (preferably in an EMC solution in a Quantum/HP environment);
• Min. 5 years experience in project management and service management practices;
• Min. 3 years experience working with WAN/MAN/(W)LAN technologies (preferably in a CISCO environment);
• Min. 3 years experience of scripting;
• CISCO Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certifications would be a plus;
• Proven competencies* for: Priority Setting, Standing Alone, Customer Focus, Peer Relationships, Learning on the Fly, Organizational Agility;
• Good command of spoken and written English.
