Our Client is currently ranked as the major software producer in Romania. Aiming to maintain the trend of growing together with its Employees and partners, we are looking for the following role to be filled within our Client organization located in Bucharest: Product Manager
Descrierea postului:
• Analyse the internal and international market
• Identify new business opportunities
• Conceive and apply a marketing and business plan
• Conceive and apply a competitive / strategic communication plan (public relationships, events, advertising )
• Develop and implement long term strategies in order to promote the products of the company
• Manage the information related to the product (the position of the product on the market, research upon the market and its potential, examine and make comparisons about the competitors and their products and define the main domains of activity)
• Formulate together with the Project Manager the most appropriate strategy in order to promote the image of product (the essential message that should be revealed)
• Elaborate the commercial roadmap of the product
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Organize the events
• Establish the services that should be carried out by the marketing department (together with the Project Manager and the Marketing Department) and follow up the unfold of those services (marketing campaigns and promotional materials)
• Develop and maintain effective relationships based on an understanding of other people’s perspectives and interests
Cerinte:
• A serious, responsible person, rigorous and punctual
• Capable to communicate with the clients,his / hers colleagues and superiors (Strong written and verbal communication skills)
• Positive attitude and perfectionist person
• Excellent managerial and leadership abilities
Compulsory qualifications:
• More than 3 years in marketing activities in a IT
• Strong knowledge in carrying out a marketing / business plan
• Experience in realizing and applying a communication plan
• To be able to organize events for presenting and presenting the products
• Experience in market analysis
• Anticipate the characteristics of the product which can maximize the detachment market
• Computer literate Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have independence in finding and implementing solutions
• Solid culture in IT
• Proficiency in English at a high level;

University specialized Degree
