1. SCOPE OF WORK:
• Receipt and handling incident tickets sent by Level 0 Team;
• Handle incident tickets based on:
o Troubleshooting procedures
o Production documentation
o Experience in the area of:
ï‚§ Unix/Linux Systems or Databases or Network IP equipment;
• Implement requests sent by Level 2 Support Team (e.g. simple operational changes according to procedures);
• Report on all events during the shift and inform the next shift about ongoing actions;
• If necessary, transfer the incident to the Level 2 Support Team;
• Follow the actions made by all the supports teams and report on alert if no actions are provided;
• Ensure that SLA are respected and alert management rules are followed and higher support levels are informed.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
• Good French language is a must;
• English language would be an advantage;
• Linux and Unix Operating systems
• Database
• Network IP equipment : switch, router, load balancer, firewall …etc ;
• Computer and IP protocols (first level on DHCP, DNS, TCP-IP, ssh, http…);
• Operation tools (Monitoring, Backup & Restore);
• Ticketing tools: end user level;
