QA Engineer
Partner with executive staff to establish formal QA process and then execute against it
Work with project managers to put QA process in place for all new and existing projects
Assess and recommend QA software, then incorporate into QA process
Create and be responsible for QA environment
Create and manage all applicable QA data/scripts to ensure functionality and server-side responses
Responsible for verification and sign-off of all work prior to being delivered to clients
For those with experience categorized as a "Plus" above, likewise responsibilities to follow

5+ years web development testing: Functional,
Experience with 1+ web testing tools
Knowledge of LAMP stack and establishing applicable testing environments
QA role with a large company, but desire to move to small company
Plus: Responsible for (managed) testing team of other QA Analysts/Engineers
Plus: Experience with performance and/or load testing and associated tools
Plus: Experience with automation of QA and related regression testing
Plus: Experience with security and/or penetration testing
