Job Description
Senior Javascript Developer
Bucharest, RO
We are a startup company, focused on web services and enterprise application development, system integration & support.
We are filling this position ASAP so please respond promptly if interested.
Role Overview
∙ The Senior Web Application Developer is responsible for development and implementation of client-side UI/Multimedia aspects of data-driven Web Applications.
∙ More specifically, the role involves developing highly complex HTML layouts with forms, grids, and charts using Javascript, CSS and related technologies.
Experience
∙ At least 3+ years experience as a client-side web developer.
∙ Ideal candidate would have solid fundamentals (HTTP, CSS, DOM), be familiar with latest industry trends and best practices (semantic HTML, CSS layout frameworks etc.) and have good working knowledge of a wide variety of component libraries and helper frameworks (jQuery, ExtJS, YUI etc.)
∙ Familiarity with Linux-based environment is a plus. Also, knowledge of big data processing (Hadoop) is appreciated.

∙ CSS reset scripts
∙ CSS preprocessors

∙ UI / UX design skills are a plus but not a requirement
∙ Graphic design skills not mandatory
