Tester + First level customer support

Main purpose of the job is to offer first level customer support via e-mail for a web application.

Responsibilities:

  • First level support for one web app
  • Acceptance of support e-mails in English and German
  • Incident management using a support ticketing system (Zendesk or similar)
  • Testing & QA of the web app

Required:

  • Excellent German and English language
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solving skills: gathering information, evaluating options, and working out good solutions
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week (with a minimum of 2 hours daily)
  • Previous support or helpdesk experience
