Job description:
- Analyse and respond to tenders, pre-qualifications, Request for Information and similar documents
- Production of bid-related information in the form of reports and ad-hoc presentation material
- Creation of tender and bid documentation
- Technical pre-sales activities (presentations, demo, proof-of-concepts).
- Builds technical proposals, specifications and solution design
- Networking with company’s potential clients and partners
Requirements :
- Technical University graduate
- Experience in a similar role, producing tender documents / bid writing and management in the web applications/development sector
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task;
- A high level of written English and grammar;
- Excellent document design, layout and production skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Be imaginative and creative
- Have an eye for detail and meticulous proof-reading skills
- Experience of reviewing, writing, editing, and producing documents
- Keep all company tender and sales documentation accurate and available to all
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
